We want you to be satisfied with jeanno. If the Service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer refunds in accordance with this policy.
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the charge in question and have not previously received a refund for the same subscription. We review each request individually and may make exceptions at our discretion.
Email support@jeanno.co with your account email and reason. We respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available for charges older than 14 days (except where required by applicable law) or accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Use.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving all billing issues fairly and promptly.
