Getting Started

jeanno is an educational entertainment platform offering relationship support tools for couples. We provide daily check-ins, guided conversation prompts, and connection exercises. jeanno is not a substitute for professional therapy or counselling.
Choose a plan on our Start page, enter your email, and complete secure checkout. You'll receive a login link by email with full access to all features immediately.
One subscription covers your relationship. You can use jeanno individually, share prompts with your partner, or explore together โ€” however feels right for you.
jeanno works on any device with a modern web browser โ€” iPhone, Android, desktop, and tablet. No app download required.

Billing & Subscriptions

You get 7 days of full access for $0.99. After the trial, your plan automatically continues at $9.99/week unless you cancel before the trial expires. During promotional campaigns, a free trial period may be available instead.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
If you see a charge from jeanno, it's because an active subscription renewed. Check your plan at Manage Subscription. If you believe the charge is in error, email support@jeanno.co โ€” we'll resolve it immediately.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel any time via Manage Subscription or email support@jeanno.co. We process cancellations within 24 hours. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of any charge, email support@jeanno.co and we'll process a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Email support@jeanno.co with your account email and we'll investigate and refund the charge immediately.

Privacy & Account

We take privacy seriously. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We never sell personal data to third parties. All data is encrypted in transit.
